In an effort to reward folks who report trail conditions, especially trees down and trail damage, we have devised a friendly competition. The way it works is this, any FETA member (landowner, non-landowner, rider or not) who is first to report a significant obstruction gets 3 points, the second to report it gets 2 points, and the third to report it gets 1 point. At our annual BBQ in October, the 1st, 2nd, and 3rd place winner will be awarded prizes. A running tally of the standings will be posted on this page.

A few guidelines:

• Report your tag number if you don't want your name on the web site.
• Only a FETA member can report of course, since a guest must be with a member
• only one person in a group can report, giving other folks an opportunity to report
• the obstruction, damage or tree must be on the trail system and impede normal horse traffic
• the report has to be received by the Trailmaster to be official
• the location has to be findable by the work crews, a point will be deducted if the trail has a wooden name sign and you don't supply it, an opportunity to learn trail names!
