It’s Membership Renewal Time:


The arrival of Spring means it’s time to renew your FETA membership. The 2022-23 forms are at the bottom of this page.

Forms that are mailed to FETA will be processed and packets mailed immediately following the FETA Picnic. Be sure your envelope includes the completed application, signed rules and release along with a check and negative Coggins.

YOU MUST SUBMIT A SIGNED GUEST RELEASE BEFORE BRINGING ANY GUEST ONTO FETA TRAILS!

You may take a picture of the signed guest release and email it to membership@fetatrails.org . The guest release may also be mailed to PO Box 1453 Columbus NC 28722 or placed in one of the FETA mailboxes (at FENCE and Peniel Road) . We have discontinued the old fax line.

The new 2022-23 Membership Pak is available below.

FETA members must either live, or board their horse, or own property in the local area. The local area is defined as: Polk County, Landrum or Campobello. Any questions regarding membership should be asked of the Membership Chair: membership@fetatrails.org.

FETA membership runs from May 1st to April 30th. Renewal packets are sent out in April each year.

Helmets are mandatory. This is one of the rules included in the Membership Pak below. Please download and read all the rules.

WARNING--South Carolina

Under South Carolina law, an equine activity sponsor or equine professional is not liable for an injury to the death of a participant in an equine activity resulting from an inherent risk of equine activity, pursuant to

Art 7, Ch 9, Title 47, Laws of South Carolina.

WARNING--North Carolina

Under North Carolina law, an equine activity sponsor or equine professional is not liable for an injury to the death of a participant in an equine activity resulting exclusively from an inherent risks of equine activities. Chapter 99E NC General Statutes.

NOTICE

Landowner's liability for accidents or injuries is limited under North Carolina and South Carolina Recreational Use Statutes.
